PRICING
In order to simplify payment routines and to lower cost all prices are based on our main Currency Euro.
Customer has the option to pay in other selected currency (SEK) depending on chosen payment method.
The Feature uses actual official exchange rates from oanda.com and are frequently updated.
Payment will be settled in Euro (EUR) or Swedish Kronor (SEK).
To simplify money conversion into additional Currencies a Forex Currency Converter is available at the lower right side of the main page. (Opens up in popup-window)
All prices shown in the website can change without prior notice. However the actual EUR/SEK price when submitting the order (Order confirmation) is valid for payment.

To ensure your security when ordering, we are using cookies to verify that it is you putting the order.
To increase security and functionality, please allow cookies and popup windows and set your browser privacy settings to medium.
You can still order without allowing cookies, but there is a potential risk of someone hijacking your account.
After creating/login to your account, all private information is protected using 128 bit encryption technology.
For credit card transactions all communication is encrypted and we use only safe payment processors who are verified by major credit card companies.
All private information is kept by WIR-TEC s.ā.r.l. and will under no circumstances, except for criminal investigation, be sold or revealed to third party.
The web shop is best viewed in resolution 1280x1024 and optimized for Internet Explorer 5.0 and newer browsers.
VAT/No VAT?
All prices shown in the web shop is with Luxembourgish VAT included 15 %.
Rules regarding VAT are as follows:
European VAT registered companies within EU and outside Luxembourg are not paying VAT on bought products.
European private persons and non VAT registered companies within EU are paying Luxembourgish VAT (15%) on all bought products, no additional VAT/custom fees.
VAT registered companies in Luxembourg are paying Luxembourgish VAT (15%) on bought products.
Non-European companies and private persons are not paying VAT, however local VAT/custom fees might be applicable.

Dont worry, as long as you take your time to fill in the registry form correctly.
Our webshop is taking care of the rules and will give you the correct calculated VAT at order confirmation as long as the information you put in is correct.
NOTE! Inserting hoax or miss informative information is regarded as fraud which is a criminal offence.
Fraudulent behaviour WILL be reported to proper authorities for further action.
Your IP-number is logged and inserted information including VAT number will be verified.

Prepayment to the Swedish Payment System "Plusgirot".
Pre Payment via bank transfer
Pay with the secure Paynova Wallet
Pay with Credit Card, Visa/Mastercard

If using the Pre Payment method the payment must reach our business account within 3 weeks after order creation.
Otherwise the order will become void and the ordered items will be set free for other customers.
WARRANTY
WIR-TEC offer 3 weeks basic warranty on sold products valid from date of reception.
Our main objective is selling new innovative products and our manufacturers have different warranty policies themselves.
If we can offer a better warranty than the basic warranty, we will clearly display it on the product information page.
RETURNS AND RECLAMATION
WIR-TEC offer 2 weeks right to return bought product valid from date of reception.
If a customer is not satisfied with the product, the customer can return said product and be refunded.
Refunding is based on paid price for the product.
Imperative is to contact us for instructions before return shipment.
Customer has to stand return shipping cost and the product must be in its original condition and packed in original package.
If any parts (manual, plastic covers, disks) included in the original shipment are missing, the right to return are void.
If the product obviously have been used or consummation parts like batteries have been used, refunding will be reduced according to assessment by us.
Note! Tokyotoys Europe will not pay collect fees or pay for under franked letters.
DOCUMENTS AND SUPPORT
TokyoToys Europe is an international web site and our aim is to serve each customer in his/her own language.
However main support language is Swedish and/or English.
That means that all after sale support, both written and spoken, will be conducted in either Swedish or English.
We will try to translate all web based information to French and German as soon as possible, but normally new products and other information will first be available in Swedish and English.
Receipts and Invoices are based on English. Depending on selected language upon order confirmation some parts of the receipt/invoice might be customer chosen.
Newsletter will only be sent out in Swedish and English.
Reviews can be made in any language as long as the follow the terms below.
REVIEWS
As a TokyoToys/WIR-TEC customer you are encouraged to make product reviews.
However we have some rules regarding product reviews.
1. The review must state paid price and date of purchase for the product.
2. The review is not allowed to link to other websites or contain addresses, telephone numbers or links.
3. The review should be informative and focused. No foul language or harassment is allowed.
4. The review should be based on how the product is valued compared to paid price.
Any review that doesnt fulfil these requirements will be deleted and reviewing customer risk to be banned from the website.

As these rules varies, Tokyotoys can not take any standpoint if using a product is legal or comply to
country rules of the buyer.
It is solely the buyer who is responsible of verifying that purchased product is legal for use in customer country.
WIR-TEC s.ā.r.l. will not be accountable for any misuse or nonconformity of product regarding local laws, standards or regulations.
Nor will WIR-TEC s.ā.r.l. be responsible for any accident or injury caused by the product.
